We first meet with the appropriate departments within your organization such as finance, procurement and IT. These meetings are designed to quickly understand the current state of procurement process from vendor creation, to the initiation of the purchase order, to the receipt of the merchandise or service and ultimately to the payment of the vendor's invoice. This understanding not only aids in the recovery process, but facilitates our recommendations for process improvement.
We then work with our client to develop a plan to obtain the data and documents necessary to carry out or analysis. Our goal is always to perform the majority of the project requirements ourselves, and to minimize the amount of time and resources our client must invest.
